I don't see light coming out of the front treatment area?

The ViruLite device produces light centered around Near Infrared light that can not be seen by the naked eye. The device has built in photo sensor s that check to make sure the LED's are working. If they were not the device would shut off immediatley.
How do I know if my battery is still good?

The viruLite device has built in software that will recognize when the 9 volt battery is dropping below 7 volts. When this happens the device will turn on then turn off within a few seconds letting you know that it is time to change the battery.

ViruLite comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What is the return policy?

You can return the device within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days there is a three year warranty for defective product replacements if the product was bought direct from Virulite.Global. Purchases made from other selling platforms are subject to those platforms respective return policies.
